What is Ozami?

Ozami is a digital greeting card platform that lets you send beautiful eCards for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and more. All cards are delivered instantly via email or WhatsApp.

How does Ozami work?

Sending an eCard is simple:

  1. Choose your eCard
  2. Enter your details (name & email)
  3. Enter the recipient’s details (name & email)
  4. Add your eCard message
  5. Preview and send instantly

Do I need an account to send an eCard?

No. You can send an eCard without creating an account.
Creating an account is optional, but it lets you save contacts, view past eCards, and enjoy faster checkout next time.

How are eCards delivered?

eCards are delivered instantly by:

  • Email (sent automatically after payment), or
  • Shareable link (for WhatsApp, SMS, or social media)

Can I schedule an eCard for later?

At this time, Ozami does not offer scheduled delivery. All eCards are sent instantly once you complete your order.

Can I preview the eCard before sending?

Yes. You will see a preview of your eCard before you confirm and send it.

What if the eCard wasn’t delivered?

If your eCard was not delivered:

  • Ask the recipient to check their spam/junk folder
  • Confirm the recipient’s email address was entered correctly
    If there is still an issue, contact us and we will resend it.

Can I edit or change my eCard after sending?

No. Once an eCard has been sent, it cannot be edited or recalled.
You may, however, send a new corrected version.

What payment methods do you accept?

Ozami accepts major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
(Payments options can be updated here based on your platform.)

Do you offer refunds?

Because eCards are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available.
However, if there was a technical issue or the wrong card was sent, we will resend or correct it. Please contact us within 7 days for support.

Can I send an eCard internationally?

Yes. Our eCards can be sent to any valid email address worldwide.

Can I personalise my eCard?

Yes. You can personalise the message inside the eCard before sending.

Do recipients need to download anything?

No. The recipient simply clicks the link in the email to view the eCard instantly.

Will the recipient see my email address?

Yes. Your name and email appear on the eCard so the recipient knows who it’s from.
