Ozami - Terms Of Service

All submissions are subject to these terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to submitting your URL for review. You must agree to these terms prior to submission of any URL. Submission of a URL requires your acceptance of these terms.

1. Refund Of Payment For Non Inclusion

If your web site is not accepted into the Ozami Web Directory for any reason, a full refund will be given minus any costs incured during transaction. I.e. Paypal fee's. All refunds will only be made to the account the transaction was sent from.

2. Basic Eligibility

In order for a submission to be eligible for listing, it must contain unique content.

> Do not submit sites which are still under construction.

> Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.

> Do not submit sites that contain excessive pop ups or pop unders.

> Do not submit sites which try to force users to download some kind of software or dialer.

> Do not submit sites which contain illegal or possibly illegal images of underage persons (Child pornography).

> Do not submit sites which promote illegal activity.

> Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Multiple submissions of sites with the same / or very similar content may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.

> Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once. Example : http://www.ozami.com and http://www.ozami.com/index.html.

> Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.

> Do not submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links. Do not submit pages which have affiliate referrer ID's attached to the URL.

> Do not submit sites that are not in the english language or have an english version available.

If your URL is found to be ineligible for listing, it will be deleted from the index and NO refund issued.

3. Placement & Editing

Ozami reserves the right to edit submission titles, descriptions and keywords. Ozami reserves the right to decide upon which category a submission will reside in, or move a submission from one category to another as the editorial staff sees fit. Ozami editors may remove a listed site from the index should its content fall outside of the Ozami basic eligibility guidelines.

> Listing Titles will be the official name of the web site. We do not list web sites by any other title as it will lead to a directory full of web sites using the same link title. This will not be of benefit to you or our users.

By submitting your site to Ozami you are stating that you agree with all of the above policies.
